Reflexology At Home

Miranda provides a home visiting service in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. This allows you to have your treatment in comfortable, familiar surroundings, without the need to travel, ensuring you get maximum benefit from the relaxation and treatment.   

Prices

£65 for a 1 hour treatment - the first treatment includes a free consultation.

A charge will be made for travel costs to home visits more than 1 mile outside of Cambridge.

Appointments

Weekday and weekend appointments are available. 

Depending on your reason for having Reflexology it is likely that a course of treatments could be recommended to gain optimum results.

Treatments

Treatments usually last for 55 minutes. Your first appointment will take a little longer, as it will start with a preliminary consultation to build up a detailed case history of your health and lifestyle. This will allow Miranda to draw up a personalised treatment plan. 

For the treatment, you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks, she will then use her hands to apply pressure to your feet and lower legs, using specific massage techniques.

After a treatment

Clients are advised to take time out after a treatment to allow the body to settle and rebalance.  A feeling of relaxation and calm can be present and a deep healing sleep often follows a treatment.  It is advised to drink lots of water to help the body rebalance.

Gift vouchers are available. 

Payment is by cash, cheque or bank transfer prior to the treatment.

Please note, the full cost of the treatment will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
